Initial 30-minute consultation via phone or in person- FREE

45-50 minute sessions - $150**

90 minute sessions - $225**

Payment can be made by cash, check, credit card, or Health Savings Account (HSA) at the time of appointment.
If we are not in-network with your insurance provider, we are happy to provide a claim statement for you to submit to your insurance provider for out-of-network reimbursement upon your request.
Please note, the Cancellation Policy requests you give us at least 24-hour notice via phone or email if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If 24-hour notice is not received, we reserve the right to bill you for the rate of your scheduled appointment.
